DR2U offers a variety of strategic partnerships and medical services, including annual executive physicals, preventive care, diagnostic testing, and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.
The Annual Executive Physical is an all inclusive physical conducted by Ryan Unger, MD. Included will be a variety of laboratory work, cardiovascular counseling and testing, vaccination review, age-appropriate screenings, mental health assessments, specialized body fat testing, and nutrition counseling.
The Executive membership is $749 a month while the Family membership plan is $999 a month.
DR2U accepts most major insurance plans. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage.
All executive physicals and in-depth procedures will be performed by an MD. Some telehealth visits, refills, or acute sick visits may be handled by a Physician Associate (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP). Our trained medical assistants manage injections, phlebotomies, and some diagnostic testing.
To make an appointment, please call our office at (865) 474-1490 or use our online booking system.
Please submit an online request for your medication refill or call our office at (865) 474-1490 if you are abroad or your pharmacy has changed. Controlled medications monitored by the DEA may not be sent across state lines.
Scheduled drugs have different classifications ranging from Schedule I to V. Schedule I drugs are considered to have the highest risk of abuse while Schedule V drugs have the lowest potential for addiction. Other factors considered by the DEA are pharmacological effect, risk to public health, and if the drug can be more dangerous with minor chemical additions.
The DR2U policy is that patients must have an in-office visit every 3 months for controlled medication management to abide by regulations. Most scheduled drugs do not allow for refills, therefore patients must submit an online recurring monthly request for refills or call the office within 7 days of needing a refill.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
